As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in helping Sphera customers successfully implement and maximize the value of our supply chain risk management solutions.
You will own customer implementation projects from kickoff through to completion, working closely with customers to understand their business requirements, configure and enable the solution, provide training and guidance, and ensure they are able to achieve meaningful value from the platform.
We are looking for someone who combines strong supply chain expertise with project management and client-facing consulting skills. Experience in supply chain risk management is particularly valuable, as you will bring subject matter expertiseinto customer engagements while developing a deep understanding of Sphera's solutions.

What You’llDo
Lead Customer Implementations
Own customer implementation projects from initialkickoffthrough to successful completion.
Typically manage implementation projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
Lead customer meetings and workshops to understand business requirements, processesand objectives.
Translate customer requirements into effective solution configurations and implementation approaches.
Provide customer training and guidance, helping users understand how to effectively use the platform and maximize its value.
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation, using your supply chain expertiseto provide practical recommendations and guidance.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risksand customer expectations.
Supply Chain & Subject Matter Expertise
Apply your knowledge of supply chain management and, ideally, supply chain risk management (SCRM) to customer engagements.
Understand supply chain processes, procurement, supplier managementand global supply chain risks and how these can be managed through technology.
Bring industry knowledge and best practices into customer projects.
Project Management & PMO
Apply strong project management and PMO principles across customer engagements.
Manage project planningand project backlogsidentifyingproject risks and dependencies and proactively manage them through to resolution.
Maintain accurateproject documentation and contribute to internal implementation best practices.
Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Care, Productand other delivery functions, to continuously improve processes and the customer experience.
Pre-Sales & Commercial Support
Support the Sales team during the pre-sales process, bringing implementation and supply chain expertiseto prospective customers.
Contribute to solution scoping, project estimates, proposalsand implementation planning.
Participate in customer discussions and demonstrations where your subject matter expertisecan add value.
Help ensure that proposed solutions are realistic, achievableand aligned with customer requirements.
Team & Continuous Improvement
Share knowledge, best practicesand implementation approaches with colleagues.
Contribute to improving implementation methodologies, templates, documentationand processes.
What You’llBring
Essential
Strong professional experience in Supply Chain Management, with experience in areas such as procurement, supplier management,sustainability,supply chain operationsor supply chain risk.
Experience working in a client-facing consulting, implementation, project managementor similar role.
Strong understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
Demonstrable experience managing projects, workstreams or customer engagements from start to finish.
Strong communicationandstakeholder management skills, with the ability to work confidently with customers and internal teams.
Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Highly Desirable
Experience specifically within Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
Experience implementing or working with supply chain risk management, procurement, supplier managementor compliance technology/software.
Previousexperience with a supply chain risk management software provider or consultancy.
Experience with platforms or solutions used for supplier risk, supply chain resilience, third-party riskor supplier intelligence.
Previousexperience as an Implementation Consultant, Functional Consultant, Project Manager, PMO or Business Consultant.
Knowledge of supply chain risk, supplier resilience, geopolitical riskor third-party risk management.
What We’reLooking For
We are particularly interested in candidates who have developed their expertisewithin supply chain risk management, either through consulting, technology implementationor an industry role.
Experience with a competitor or a supply chain risk technology provider would be highly relevant. However, we are also open to candidates with strong supply chain expertise and a proven background in project management, consulting or customer delivery who are interested in developing their software and implementation expertise.
Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving complex problemsand combining industry knowledge with technology to deliver practical outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity tobroaden your experience across different Sphera products and regions, developing a strong foundationacross implementation, project management, consultingand pre-sales.
