Кого ищем: бухгалтера, который возьмёт на себя бухгалтерский и управленческий учёт одного ООО - от первички до закрытия периода. Это роль «первого бухгалтера»: широкий фронт, прямое взаимодействие с руководством.
Обязательно:
- личный практический опыт годовой и квартальной отчётности Сколково;
- личный опыт получения или подтверждения ИТ-аккредитации;
- полный цикл учёта ООО: банк, касса, подотчёт, расчёты с сотрудниками и исполнителями, обязательная отчётность, закрытие периода;
- уверенные 1С Бухгалтерия, Excel, ЭДО.
Задачи:
- первичка, банк, наличные, подотчёт, расчёты с сотрудниками и исполнителями;
- заполнение согласованных шаблонов договоров, соглашений, актов, счетов; проверка реквизитов, сумм, дат;
- ведение журналов документов и платежей; сверка облачных расходов, подписок, комиссий; платёжный календарь;
- финансовая часть отчётов Сколково и пакет для ИТ-аккредитации, сопровождение замечаний до подтверждения приёма.
Условия:
- частичная занятость с регулярной доступностью;
- с выходом в офис по необходимости (м. Новые Черёмушки)
- готовы обсуждать перспективу full-time и расширения роли (финансы, организация, немного юриспруденции, HR-функции).
