Join our fast-growing maritime SaaS startup as an Associate Project Manager. In this entry-level position, you will own and manage a portfolio of clients, support Senior Project Managers, and work closely with Client Success Managers. You will gain exposure to the tech industry and the global maritime, shipping, and offshore energy industries.
Missions
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients, en supervisant la mise en place et le déploiement de la solution "Operations".
- Assister les chefs de projet senior dans la gestion de comptes plus complexes, en participant à la planification et à la communication.
- Collaborer avec les équipes de succès client pour maintenir un niveau de service élevé et identifier des opportunités supplémentaires.
Profil recherché
**Required Skills**This is an entry-level positions- we're not expecting prior Project Management or maritime industry experience. That said, the following will help you thrive:
* A degree in Business or Engineering
* 0-2 years experience - any exposure to a client-facing role is a plus, but not required
* Bilingual in English
* Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets, and reporting tools (Excel, Notion, Jira, or similar) and AI tools (Claude Code)
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced SaaS environment
* Rigorous, structured, and with strong attention to detail.
* A reliable and accountable personality
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Prior exposure to the maritime, offshore, or energy industry, SaaS, or both is a plus, but not required
* Based in, or willing to work from, our Paris office
