Digital Marketing Internship - Spinnin' Records

Spinnin’ Records is one of the world’s biggest dance music labels, representing top-tier talent like Tiësto, CYRIL, LUM!X, KSHMR, Sam Feldt, Alok, Mike Williams, Lucas & Steve, and many more. Specializing in electronic music, we manage the largest online dance community globally, with over 12 million followers across social media. Our YouTube channel, Spinnin’ TV, boasts more than 31 million subscribers and 17 billion views.

As the Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with our international digital team for key platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube, Amazon, and Beatport. Together with the team, you'll work on curation of playlists, community management and audience analyses to fuel Spinnin’ Records’ artists' successes. This role will immerse you in a global working environment with experienced international team members in the fast-changing world of digital music platforms.

In this position, you’ll have a hands-on role by supporting the streaming team in their day-to-day responsibilities, the online positioning of Spinnin’ Records releases and the implementation of long-term strategies. You’ll also be involved in coordinating between multiple disciplines such as design, data, social media and influencer/creator marketing.

• Multitasker Extraordinaire: You’re adept at balancing multiple projects with sharp attention to detail, demonstrating strong administrative skills alongside your creativity.

• Proactive & Organized: You’re self-motivated, highly organized, and approach challenges with a “can-do” attitude. You’re eager to take ownership of projects, support team workflows, keep track of timelines, and ensure deliverables are met. Together with the team you'll turn plans into success stories.

• Internship Commitment: You’re available full-time for a minimum of 5 months.

• Skills & Fluency: You have an HBO+ level of education, are fluent in English, and excel in communication and interpersonal skills. You’re able to take direction and adapt to our brand’s style, always open to feedback.

• Trend Awareness: You stay informed on music marketing trends and are always looking to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

• Office / Google Workspace: You understand the basics of, and feel comfortable with working in, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and similar programs.
