Missions
- Establish the controls infrastructure that will keep programmes on track and give leadership accurate, real-time visibility.
- Design and implement controls frameworks, templates and reporting tools for use across the Delivery Project Management team.
- Support cost performance tracking; maintaining actuals, ETC and spend-versus-budget analysis, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Profil recherché
- Experience in project controls, planning or scheduling, ideally within aerospace, defence or a technically complex industry- Genuine curiosity about how project management platforms, data tools and AI can make delivery smarter, with a willingness to learn and experiment
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to work across schedules, cost data and performance metrics and identify what the numbers are actually saying
- Collaborative and credible - able to work across engineering, finance and programme teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
- A builder, not just a maintainer: self-directed and proactive, able to design and implement process and tooling where nothing exists yet
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as MS Project; able to build, baseline and interrogate a schedule, not just update one
- Exposure to AI tools and/ or data platforms such as Databricks or Power BI, and comfortable adopting new software quickly - curiosity and willingness to learn matters more than specific tool experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Mathematics or a related field
