Requirements:

  • 7+ years of backend/software engineering experience.
  • Significant experience working on production systems.
  • Experience owning technically complex projects.
  • Exposure to high-scale or distributed systems.
  • Progression into senior/staff-level technical ownership.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • Backend Engineering
  • Strong hands-on backend development experience is mandatory.
  • Preferred stack: Python, Django / Flask, REST APIs / backend services, Microservices or service-oriented architecture, Database design, Caching, Asynchronous processing, Queues/event-driven systems
  • Python is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates whose primary experience is exclusively in Java, C++, . NET, etc. should generally not be prioritised unless they demonstrate exceptional transferable backend/system-design depth.

System Design and Architecture:

  • This is one of the most important parts of the profile.
