Creator Partner Manager, Spotify México

The Podcast Mission develops strategies and builds products that serve creators and listeners interested in podcast and video content. As the #1 podcast platform in the world, we look to continue improving and scaling the experience of podcasts on Spotify. We build and maintain products like Spotify for Podcasters, Megaphone, and Chartable, and are always eager to provide creators with easy ways to increase their audiences on Spotify and give them new innovative means for monetization.

We’re looking for a Creator Partner Manager to join our Podcast team in Mexico. You’ll build meaningful relationships with creators at different stages of their journey, from emerging talent to established voices, and help them get the most from Spotify.

You’ll manage a portfolio of creator partnerships, help creators use Spotify’s tools and monetization programs, and bring insights from the Mexican creator community back to teams across Spotify. This role brings together relationship management, creator strategy, data and a strong understanding of Mexico’s evolving content landscape.

What You'll Do

• Build and grow long-term relationships with a portfolio of podcast creators and other emerging creator formats.
• Help new and existing creators make effective use of Spotify for Creators, analytics, audience development tools and monetization programs.
• Develop creator engagement strategies that support content creation, consumption and audience growth on Spotify.
• Work closely with business development, marketing, PR, analytics, product and editorial teams to deliver creator initiatives and go-to-market plans.
• Use platform data and insights to help creators understand content performance, audience behavior and opportunities for growth.
• Listen to creator feedback, identify common needs and share actionable insights with Spotify’s product teams.
• Develop creator programs, training sessions and community events that help creators learn, connect and grow.
• Stay close to changes in Mexico’s creator landscape, including emerging talent, formats, audience behaviors and industry developments, and turn those insights into opportunities for Spotify.

Who You Are

• You have experience working in creator or talent partnerships, content strategy, media, digital platforms or a related field.
• You understand Mexico’s creator ecosystem, including podcasts, creators, agencies, production companies and relevant cultural and audience trends.
• You know how to build trusted relationships with creators, talent, media partners or other external partners.
• You’re comfortable using data and insights to shape a strategy, identify opportunities and communicate a clear story.
• You communicate clearly in Spanish and English, both in writing and conversation.
• You enjoy working across teams and can bring people together around shared creator and business goals.
• You’re comfortable taking ownership of your work, setting priorities and making progress in an evolving environment.
• You stay curious about how younger audiences discover and engage with content and understand how creator formats and behaviors continue to evolve.

• This role is based in Mexico City
• We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
