Senior Product Designer (Mobile)

About the Role

Spotware Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer (Mobile) to join our product team in Limassol, Cyprus. As our product continues to evolve, we are focused on making it more accessible, intuitive, and visually engaging for a broader audience while preserving the depth and precision that professional traders rely on. In this role, you will help transform complex trading workflows into seamless mobile experiences by combining outstanding UX thinking with high-quality visual design. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Designer who enjoys solving complex usability challenges, shaping product strategy, and creating elegant mobile experiences that delight users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers while contributing to one of the core products of our company.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for the cTrader mobile application.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Analyze user journeys, identify friction points, and simplify complex trading experiences.
• Design user-centered solutions that balance functionality, usability, and visual quality.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and evolution of the design system.
• Validate design decisions through research, feedback, and iterative improvements.
• Ensure design consistency across the mobile product and related user experiences.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product Design with a focus on mobile UX/UI.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Strong visual design skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to simplify complex user flows and create intuitive experiences.
• Critical thinking skills with the confidence to challenge requirements and identify the best solutions.
• Ability to clearly communicate and justify design decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working with design systems and scalable design components.
• Experience in FinTech or trading products is considered an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing complex B2B or FinTech products.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile product teams.
