About the role:
We are seeking a Partner Success Manager dedicated to the China, South Korea, and Mongolia markets. This role is responsible for building, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with leading AI companies, and for providing data-driven insights that help partners achieve maximum value from our products. The role will also coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and support innovative go-to-marketinitiatives in the region.
Role Responsibilities
Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with AI partners across the region
· Develop and execute partner success plans covering onboarding, adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention
· Ensure partners understand data structures, integration methods, and best practices
· Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical, operational, or data-related issues promptly
· Support renewal cycles and identify opportunities for upsell or deeper integration
Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination
· Build, and oversee internal workflows to support complex commercial cases.
· Ensure timely and effective collaboration across multiple functions
· Drive continuous improvement of processes
Data Insights & Reporting
· Analyze partner usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
· Deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and partners
Market Intelligence & GTM Innovation
· Monitor the AI ecosystem in China and South Korea, including partner needs, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities
· Support the development of innovative go-to-market strategies tailored to the region
Support and Assistant
· Provide support to leader as needed, finish tasks assigned by leader
Job Requirements:
· 3+ experience working with AI/ML companies, data products, or enterprise technology clients, familiar with technology products
· Master degree in STEM, with medicine as a plus
· 3+ years of experience in partnership, customer success, project management, or related responsibilities,
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
· Proven ability to manage complex workflows and coordinate across multiple teams
· Experience with CRM and customer success platforms, e.g. Salesforce, is a plus
· Business-level English and Mandarin Chinese
