Life as a Sprinter -
Nobody succeeds at Sprinto by staying in their lane.
We are organized around problems, not job titles. Sprinters take ownership beyond their role, solve hard problems, and care deeply about the impact they create. If something can be improved, fixed, or built, we don't wait for permission; we step in.
Being remote means we rely less on proximity and more on trust. We write things down, communicate openly, and move quickly because great teams aren't built by sitting together, they're built by pulling in the same direction.
We believe progress beats perfection, feedback is a gift, and doing the right thing matters, even when nobody is watching.
And while we move with urgency, we never move alone.
The mission -
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll guide customers from contract signature through setup, go-live, and their first audit milestone. You’ll work with founders, CTOs, and security teams; learn how a security and compliance platform works in practice; and build the judgment to keep a complex project moving. You’ll have experienced teammates and specialists to learn from as your ownership grows.
Where you'll leave your mark?
- Make the plan real. Understand the customer’s goals, systems, stakeholders, and deadlines. Turn them into milestones with clear owners.
- Guide the setup. Help customers connect their tools, activate controls, and align Sprinto to the frameworks they need.
- Keep people moving together. Lead progress conversations, write clear updates, and surface risks while there is still time to act.
- Own the next step when things get stuck. Bring in Product, Support, or Compliance with the right context, then follow through with the customer.
- Improve the journey. Notice recurring friction, document what works, and help make onboarding better for the customers who follow.
Success here means customers complete setup, reach value sooner, and trust Sprinto to help them make progress. As you grow, you’ll take on more customer journeys and more complex decisions.
The kind of builder we're looking for -
- Explain a technical idea to someone who does not share your background.
- Organize an ambiguous problem into actions, owners, and deadlines.
- Learn quickly, ask good questions, and follow through.
- Write clearly and build trust with people working toward different priorities.
This role may suit you if you have a B.Tech background in cybersecurity or a related technical field with meaningful security exposure, or an MBA in Information Technology Business Management (ITBM). There is no graduation-year requirement. Internships, projects, and early work experience all count.
We’ll look for evidence that you can:
General Knowledge of cloud systems, SaaS integrations, APIs, SOC 2, or ISO 27001. You do not need prior experience running SaaS onboarding, managing executives, or holding an advanced security certification.
A useful way to apply: Along with your résumé, tell us about one project, internship, or work situation where you brought people together to get a result. What was stuck, what did you do, and what changed?
