The Role

We are looking for an ambitious delivery professional to step in and take ownership of high-impact deliverables across some of our most critical strategic pillars: Data Transformation and Enterprise AI Adoption.

This is not a traditional IT delivery role. While a strong technical understanding of data architecture is essential, your primary objective will be leading the cultural, operational, and behavioural shifts required to embed a true single source of truth across the business. Experience with or a keen interest in AI tools and automated workflows is highly desirable, as you will have the opportunity to support our shift towards an AI-empowered operating model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Transformation & Architecture: Manage core projects aimed at establishing a unified, enterprise data architecture. Balance technical data infrastructure delivery (data hygiene, integration, governance) with the organisational change management required to foster data-led decision-making.
  • Data Quality & Compliance: Partner closely with data architects and engineering teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across all business levels.
  • AI Adoption & Process Change (Desirable Focus): Support key milestones within our enterprise AI adoption programme. Help identify operational bottlenecks and deploy tailored AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows to drive process optimisation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Building: Lead projects involving senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Build credibility rapidly to align priorities and navigate resistance to change.
  • Executive Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for executive sponsors, Steering Committees, and broader teams.
  • Governance & Delivery: Establish clear project scope, milestones, KPIs, and risk management frameworks using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies best suited to rapid deployment.

Key Experience

  • Proven Project Management Experience leading complex, end-to-end transformation projects, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Data Transformation Expertise: Hands-on experience managing enterprise data projects focusing both on technical architecture integration and driving long-term behavioural shifts towards data adoption.
  • Change Management Expertise: Strong background in change management frameworks, with proven capability in embedding new ways of working within cross-functional teams.
  • AI & Automation Experience (Desirable): A track record or strong interest in delivering AI adoption, machine learning implementation, or intelligent automation projects that achieve tangible business outcomes.
  • Immediate Impact: Ability to step into an active transformation environment and deliver structured outcomes quickly.
  • Certifications: Recognised Project Management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, CSM) or Change Management accreditations are highly desirable.

Core Competencies

  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Skilled at navigating complex matrix environments, managing expectations, and resolving friction diplomatically.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable managing ambiguity in an organisation undergoing significant evolution.
  • Commercial Mindset: Ability to map technical outputs directly to business value, efficiency gains, and bottom-line impact.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: £60 - 75,000
  • Company bonus
  • Flexible working
  • 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Enhance family leave
  • Birthday day off
  • Mental Health Support through our Wellbeing partner, Calm
  • Wellbeing leave (2 days) and a Mental Health First Aider program
  • Giving back days (2 days) to help support causes close to your heart
  • Unlimited professional & personal learning
  • Total Rewards, including retirement planning, healthcare and life assurance
  • And did we mention our epic team socials? We know how to celebrate in style!
