Product Manager - Voice AI

What you'll be doing

Own AI-Native Voice Products (0 to 1 and 1 to n):

• Own the product experience for LLM-powered voice agents end to end (dialogue design, prompt and agent architecture, evaluation frameworks, and quality guardrails) in close partnership with ML and engineering.
• Own the platform that powers these agents (the tooling, orchestration, and infrastructure teams use to build, deploy, and improve voice agents at scale), balancing customer-facing product depth with platform breadth.
• Take new products and capabilities from zero to one: identify the opportunity, define the problem, ship the first version, and iterate to scale.
• Reason fluently about non-deterministic AI systems. You understand how LLMs, agents, and AI frameworks behave, fail, and improve, and you design products accordingly.

Business Outcome Ownership:

• Own product problems and strategy end to end to drive sustainable, product-led growth.
• Operate with complete ownership. You define the problem, drive the solution, and are accountable for the outcome without needing handholding or direction.
• Success is measured by impact shipped, not features delivered. You move the metrics that matter: conversion, automation/containment rate, conversation quality, and business outcomes.

Product Vision and Road mapping:

• Craft a near-term product roadmap that aligns with broader team and company goals. You make trade-off decisions that maximize value and define a clear vision for your product area.
• Strategic Impact: Tie your team's efforts to company strategy and make roadmap recommendations that maximize team outcomes.

Product Delivery:

• Translate the roadmap into detailed requirements and prototypes. Project manage the backlog and end delivery, always keeping an eye on the quality of delivered solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (product, engineering, ML) in the development and delivery of high-quality products on time.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and track KPIs, including AI/voice quality and outcome metrics, to measure the success of product initiatives.
• Continuously analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI and voice.
• Utilize market data to make informed decisions and adjustments to product strategy.

What you should have

• 3-5 years of product management experience (strong candidates with less experience but deep AI exposure will be considered).
• Engineering background/degree, or strong technical fluency.
• Hands-on familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks. You've built with, prompted, or shipped products on top of them, not just read about them.
• AI-native mindset. You use AI tools in your daily work and are comfortable building products on top of non-deterministic systems.
• Experience shipping high-quality B2B SaaS / Marketplace or AI/ML products.
• Experience building or scaling platform products (developer tooling, APIs, internal platforms, or infrastructure-facing products), with the ability to balance platform work and end-user product work.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions.
• Must be a self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices.
• Adaptable and flexible. Comfortable being thrown into largely ambiguous environments.
• User obsessed; highly dialed in on what it takes to enable users to succeed.
• Ability to communicate clearly and listen intently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Bonus points:

• Experience with voice AI, conversational AI, speech (STT/TTS), or real-time audio pipelines.
• Experience building evaluation/quality frameworks for AI or ML products.
• Familiarity with multilingual or code-mixed conversational use cases.
