SQ1 Living is the furniture and interiors arm of the Square One Group.

We sell turnkey, whole-apartment furniture bundles - designed, delivered, assembled and staged in seven days - to buyers (increasingly overseas investors) who would otherwise spend three to six months sourcing furniture from a dozen separate suppliers across Cyprus.

One package, one price, one week, with a single warranty and a single point of contact.

The Role

This is the founding commercial hire and the second of two people who start the business. You will build and run the pipeline that gets SQ1 Living's packages in front of the people who control apartment handovers - developers, investors, agents and short-let operators.

What You'll Do

• Sell SQ1 Living packages directly into property developers, investors, real estate agents and short-let operators.
• Arrive with - and actively use - an existing network of Cyprus developer and agency relationships from day one.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from first conversation through signed order and installation handoff.
• Work with the Interior Designer / Head of Product to keep packages aligned with what buyers and developers actually want and can be sold.
• Drive third-party (non-group) revenue toward the company's target of 40%+ of total revenue by the end of Year 2.
• Represent SQ1 Living at industry events, developer launches and agency partnerships as the business expands beyond Cyprus.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience with direct exposure to the Cyprus property developer industry.
• An existing, active network among Cyprus property developers, agents and investors - this role does not start from zero.
• A track record in B2B or real-estate-adjacent sales, ideally with exposure to new-build or investment property.
• Comfortable with commission-weighted compensation and building a pipeline from scratch as a founding hire.
• Strong communicator who can sell a product that buyers purchase largely unseen, based on renders and reputation.
• Must already be based in Cyprus - this role is Cyprus-based only.
