  • Projektierung, Planung, Bauüberwachung
  • Komplette Projektabwicklung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Bauherren, Planung und Auführung
  • Koordinierung der Bauleiter und der Subunternehmer
  • Sicherstellen der Umsetzung aller Plan- und Ausführungsleistungen
  • Steuerung und Kontrolle aller Planvorläufe
  • Autodesk Revit/Linear oder DDS CAD, Dialux (nice to have - kein Muss)
  • TGA/HKLS oder ELT
  • LPH 1-8
  • Projektvolumen bis 150 Mio. Euro

Qualifikation

  • Ein Studium (Diplom/Bachelor/Master) im Bereich der Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Umwelttechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bau-, Planungs- und Vertragsrecht
  • Sicheres Auftreten bei der Verhandlungsführung und Auftragsvergabe
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und Souveränität; auch in stressigen Situationen
