岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 市场及行业洞察、产品和用户研究，建立海外营销数据中心;

2. 产品全生命周期管理，根据临床需求和技术对比，定义新产品的核心功能、规格参数等，规划产品上市、退市计划;

3. 挖掘临床痛点，收集临床证据，跟进用户和市场反馈，推动持续产品创新和迭代;

4. 商业化推广和赋能，为海外品牌和营销提供品牌策略、市场策略、销售工具、价格体系和培训等专业技术支持;

5. 链接研发、生产、供应链、法规、售后等部门，为产品开发、海外注册、临床和量产供应，提供策略、流程和数据支持。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 生物医学工程、临床医学、医学影像、市场营销等相关专业

2. 5-10年以上大型医疗设备行业经验

3. 支持英语作为主要工作语言
