岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1.医疗手术机器人机械系统设计，包括关节形式，自由度配置，同步制定装备与维护策略，确保产品可制造性和可维护性;
2.医疗手术机器人关键机构开发，能够充分调研技术方案路线，分析多种方案的优劣评价其可实现性;
3.医疗手术机器人样机开发及迭代，优化并解决各种异常，确保可量产性;
4.跨领域协同,能够与控制、软件、硬件、测试、npi等多部门协同工作，熟未恶跨领域知识;
5.技术文档输出及评审;
6.产品迭代经验总结和规范化。
任职要求 / Requirements
教育背景：机械工程、机电一体化、机器人工程等相关专业本科及以上学历;
工作经验：3年以上机械机构/本体研发经验,有医疗器械、机器/人或高端装备行业背景优先
项目经验：至少主导或深度参与过1个“可工作的样机/产品”从方案到落地全过程
软件技能：能输出规范工程图、BOM、公差分析
仿真能力：掌握有限元分析软件，具备结构静力学、动力学仿真分析经验
