岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1.负责公司产品结构的设计、开发、迭代优化，完成机械结构方案制定、图纸绘制、BOM清单编制等相关技术工作;

2.主导功能样机打样制作和组装，参与手板样机到量产样机的指导和性能测试，以及相关测试问题解决;

3.主导注塑、压铸类零件的开发、验证及落地跟进，解决零件开发及量产过程中的机械技术问题;

任职要求 / Requirements

1.本科及以上学历，机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、材料成型等相关专业;

2.3年及以上产品结构设计及量产经验;

3.熟练掌握注塑、压铸零件开发流程，熟悉两类零件的材料特性、成型工艺、结构设计要点及常见缺陷解决方案，有完整的零件开发落地项目经验;

4.具备良好的机械原理、结构设计、工艺制造专业功底，思维严谨，动手能力、问题排查能力强;

5.拥有极强的自驱力和责任心，工作主动积极，具备良好的团队协作能力和项目推进能力。
