1. IT User Support- ให้บริการและแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT แก่ User ผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น โทรศัพท์, Email, LINE และช่องทางการติดต่ออื่น ๆ ของบริษัท- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้น ให้คำแนะนำ และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับ User- ติดตามสถานะและประสานงานกับทีมงานหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในกรณีที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ด้วยตนเอง- บันทึกและติดตามปัญหา/คำร้องขอของ User เพื่อให้สามารถตรวจสอบและติดตามผลได้2. Standby Support- Standby เพื่อให้การ Support User ในวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ตามตารางหรือเวรที่บริษัทกำหนด3. IT Operation / EOD Operation- ดำเนินการ EOD (End of Day) Operation ซึ่งเป็นกระบวนการปิดระบบภายในของบริษัทตามขั้นตอนและเวลาที่กำหนด- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและสถานะของระบบก่อนและหลังดำเนินการ EOD- Monitor ระบบและตรวจสอบ Error หรือเหตุผิดปกติที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการดำเนินงาน- รายงานปัญหาและประสานงานกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อพบความผิดปกติ- จัดทำหรือบันทึก Operation Log เพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบและติดตามการปฏิบัติงานเวลาทำงาน-เวลาทำงานปกติ: วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ เวลา 08:30 – 17:30 น.
- มีการปฏิบัติงาน Standby / Support ในวันเสาร์–อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ ตามตารางที่บริษัทกำหนด- การปฏิบัติงานนอกเหนือจากเวลาทำงานปกติ 08:30 – 17:30 น. จะนับเป็น OT (Overtime) ตามนโยบายของบริษัท

Qualifications

ปริญญาตรี สาขา Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน IT และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหา Computer, Software และ Network เบื้องต้นได้
มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างเป็นระบบ รวมถึงสามารถจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้
มีทักษะด้าน User Support / Helpdesk และสามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
สามารถใช้งานและตรวจสอบระบบ รวมถึงติดตามสถานะการทำงานของระบบเบื้องต้นได้
มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา และสามารถทำงานภายใต้สถานการณ์เร่งด่วนได้
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ Standby หรือปฏิบัติงานนอกเวลาทำการได้
หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support, IT Operation, Helpdesk หรือ System Operation จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
