Job Description

The Client Services Analyst provides comprehensive support for SS&C Advent to support Eze OMS/PMA clients in the Asia Pacific region, ensuring optimal use and performance of our financial software solutions.

This role involves resolving technical issues, providing functional guidance, and fostering strong client relationships.

What You Will Get to Do:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests related to Eze Software products.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, including software configuration, data integrity, and system performance issues.
• Provide functional support and guidance on various features of Eze Software platforms to help clients optimize their workflows.
• Escalate complex issues to senior support engineers or development teams as needed, and track their resolution.
• Document client interactions, solutions, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Conduct client training sessions and demonstrations of new features or functionalities.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and product utilization. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to provide client feedback and enhance product offerings.
• Participate in client onboarding processes and assist with initial setup and configuration.
• Stay up-to-date with product releases, updates, and industry best practices

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing support role, preferably within the financial technology industry.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment management, and trading workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and understanding database concepts (e.g., SQL).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage.
