In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience by leading the design and execution of sophisticated data mapping and conversion initiatives. As a subject matter expert within the Black Diamond Trust team, you willoptimizedata transmission workflows, troubleshoot complex discrepancies, andprovidestrategic guidance to ensure precision and consistency across all data integrations.

You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.

What You Will Get To Do:

• Takes a leadership role in all aspects of the design, development and implementation of data mapping and conversion

• Subject matter expert on system schema, datamappingand financial balancing at conversion

• Supports tax processing byoptimizingdata transmission between applications

• Client liaison for data related issues;identifiesand works to resolve discrepancies

• Supports implementation team throughout client onboarding for any data related matters

• Develops scripts and facilities tooptimizedata loading processes to ensuretimelycompletion

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's Degreerequired

• 10+ years’ experience in data mapping and conversion

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in trust accounting and knowledge of P&I accounting

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Hands on experience with Microsoft database technologies, including SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexes, and database architecture

• Project Management skills are critical to this position, as success involves strict adherence to projected release dates

• Ability to work proactively, both independently and in small groups

• Strong analytical skills toidentifysystem and business impacts
