Front Desk & Administration Assistant

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized HR & Office Administration Coordinator to support reception, HR administration, candidate coordination, reporting, and daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reception, welcome visitors, and maintain a professional front-office experience.
• Support HR with attendance, annual leave records, and daily administrative tasks.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, follow up by phone, and document feedback.
• Screen and filter CVs when required.
• Prepare reports and maintain Excel trackers and records.
• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations.
• Provide general office administration and coordination support.
• Manage and coordinate travel bookings and hotel reservations

Requirements

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant HR Administration, Office Administration, Reception, or coordination experience.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organization, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Presentable, professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
