Job Description
- Owns audience activation across digital and omnichannel, how audiences are packaged and made usable by advertisers, and how performance is measured back into the data model.
- Digital marketing, adtech, or audience activation on the brand, agency, publisher, or platform side.
- Hands-on running campaigns across major digital and audience platforms, including custom and matched audience uploads.
- Activating first-party data: onboarding, audience syncs, identifiers, and match rate economics.
- Omnichannel orchestration, coordinating digital with CRM and direct channels.
- Attribution, test and control design, and incrementality.

- Working knowledge of consent, identity, and the shift away from third-party identifiers.
- DSP or SSP hands-on experience and OpenRTB mechanics.
- IAB Tech Lab audience taxonomy and seller-defined audiences.
- Data monetization or audience selling.
- Data collaboration and privacy-preserving audience matching.
