Opportunity snapshot:
Member of the production support team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and stability of the corporate superannuation fund technology service. This role encompasses managing day-to-day activities, including monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving platform performance and supporting the business with key processes and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Incident response for production hosted environments
- Monitor and support production systems; resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Support and execute deployments and configuration changes in production and non-production environments following change management processes
- Coordinate between operations, business teams, delivery teams, and external vendors facilitate service restoration and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, fixes, and operational procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
Skills and Competencies:
- IT degree, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise application environments
- Solid understanding of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering practices
- Working knowledge of SDLC principles and methodologies
- Prior experience with Enterprise Disaster Recovery, backup processes, and system patching
- Proficiency working with ITIL based processes and systems
- Understanding of infrastructure hosted on GCP
- A passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application, database, and system integrations
- Monitoring system and application health and alerts
- Flexibility in working arrangements
- Team player and a can-do attitude
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in C#, Python, Bash/Shell, and MS SQL development and debugging
- Experience with ODBC, SPAN RPC, ASP, JBOSS, and .NET services/applications
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic, LogicMonitor, Dynatrace
- Experience with ServiceNOW, JIRA, and Confluence
- Understanding of application debugging using Visual Studio and log analysis
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, NexusIQ
- Unix and Windows Server experience
Desirable Skills (Nice to have):
- Exposure to Bravura products or similar Superannuation technology stacks and architecture.
- Experience working with Control-M or other batch scheduling systems
- Experience working with Launch Darkly or similar feature enablement/release platforms
- Awareness of evolving enterprise application architectures and integration patterns
