Java Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team independently.
• Coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong and effective interpersonal communication skills. Should have the ability to interact promptly and professionally across teams.
• Full ownership of the technical delivery of the project. Also ensure that the dependencies are delivered on time.
• Effectively convey the pulse of the team to the manager.
• Implement the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Effective code/design reviews to ensure quality.
• Choose the right agile process for the project and ensure that the team is strictly following it. There should be no non-compliance in the project audit
• Develop the detailed design for all product requirements.
• Should be able to provide accurate estimation plans for project activities.
• The desire to learn and continuously improve on the product quality, performance, and other non-functional requirements.
• Should be flexible enough and be adaptable to product and business priorities.
• Effectively prioritize and delegate work to team members.
• Should have a full understanding of the development changes made by the team.
• Mentor the team and train new hires.
• Active contribution to organizational activities.
• Conduct a project closure meeting with higher management and showcase the quality matrix after SIT/UAT completion.
• Ensure the team is happy, motivated, and productive.
• Ensure hardware and required environments are available for the development activity.
• Take ownership of Jenkins management and the release process.
• Ensure product and technical documentation is maintained and updated correctly.
• Ensure the Enure code quality matrix is improved after each release.
• Communicate risks and challenges on time and work with the manager to get them resolved.

Requirements:

• Key Skills: Core Java, multithreading experience, and Spring.
• Good understanding of key agile concepts.
