Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Division Sales Manager to grow our MRO services and turnkey projects in the Defence, Public Security, and international markets. The role involves finding new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and delivering sales proposals that meet client needs. The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a good understanding of the defence or public security sectors.
Be Part of Our Success
- Collaborate with Head Sales, SSBU and product & solutions team to develop sales strategies and implement go-to-market plans to drive business objectives and capture market opportunities
- Expand into untapped market areas and develop new sales verticals for growth
- Coordinate customer discussions, demonstrations, quotations and commercial negotiations with customers
Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with customers and across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic go-to-market thinker with a results-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on driving measurable impact.
- Familiarity with Government sectors will be an advantage.
