About our Business - Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to support sales for Systems Integration & Solutions Services. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, growing sales, finding new business opportunities, and building strong relationships in the Defence and Public Security sectors.
The ideal candidate has experience in technical sales, strong leadership and communication skills, and a good understanding of System Integration & Solution considerations.

Qualities We Value
- Knowledge in Electrical / Electronic / Computer / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Telecommunications / IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 8-12 years of sales or business development experience in engineering, automation, ICT, or system integration.
- Experience managing public sector tenders and competitive bidding with proven track record of winning large engineering or infrastructure projects.
- Preferred Experience in Large-Scale Infrastructure Projects such as Airport terminal developments, Integrated command and control centers, Critical national infrastructure, OT and cybersecurity integration
- Possess strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and influencing ability, and strong presentation and communication skills
- Singaporean only
