About our Business - Unmanned & Integrated Systems
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. We cater to the needs of Defence, Public Safety & Security, and Commercial clients worldwide, providing seamless and innovative services that redefine possibilities.

We are seeking a creative and resourceful Senior / Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain electromechanical systems in the Defence sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the designs meet safety standards, functionality requirements, and timelines.
Be Part of Our Success
- Carry out fault diagnostic checks for mechanical and electromechanical equipment (e.g., engines, HVAC systems, gear assemblies).
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
- Conduct engineering studies and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to enhance the overall reliability of systems.
- Lead the collaboration with internal teams and local industry to develop local repair capability.
- Generate engineering studies report, design documents, mechanical drawings, and other technical documentation as required.
- Ensure all designs and deliverables are in compliance with local regulatory standards.
- Support Head of Department in secondary and administrative tasks.
Qualities We Value
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., Mechatronics, Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing Engineering). Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Proficient in report writing and good presentation skills to stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks is an advantage.
- Able to interact well with internal teams and customers.
- Work in camp sites and comply with camp regulations.
- Able to travel overseas for up to 1 month to support exercise.
- Possess Class 3 license is an advantage.
