Production Controller (2 years contract)

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
• Assist in planning and organizing administrative procedures and systems.
• Manage inventory requirements and place orders as necessary.
• Organize and coordinate daily operations and procedures.
• Handle communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Prepare and maintain required documents, records, and reports in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
• Assist in store management activities as required to support smooth operations and overall team efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC qualification in any field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently.
• Meticulous and organized when handling documents and records.
