Critical Operations Manager
The role
As a Critical Operations Manager (COM), you will be responsible for managing critical operations activitieswithin the Data Center, ensuring the safe and continuous operationof the facility and the delivery of a high-quality serviceto customers and users.
You will lead the Critical Operations team, manage relationships with customers and suppliers, and ensure maintenance and operational activitiesare performed according to company processes, methods, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead critical operations activitiesfor the Data Center, ensuring safe and continuous operationsand high-quality service delivery
- Lead and manage the Critical Operations team
- Monitor site operationsthrough BMS and PMS platforms
- Manage routine activitieson electrical and mechanical equipment
- Ensure timely and effective responsesto customer and user needs
- Ensure all scheduled maintenance activitiesare completed on time
- Manage critical situationsand extraordinary operational activities
- Plan and manage technical tasks and equipment
- Apply maintenance processesand operational methods
- Verify compliance with safety standardsand the correct use of PPE
- Manage relationships with customers and suppliers
- Attend periodic meetingswith customers
- Prepare and maintain operational documentation, including RCA, SOP, MOP, EOP, and reports
- Manage customer casesthrough NetSuiteand activities through Modius
- Support the development of the technical and interpersonal skillsof team members
Required Skills and Background
- At least 5 years of experiencein maintenance activitieswithin an industrial environment; experience in critical environmentsis an advantage
- Good knowledge of critical infrastructure maintenance and repair activities
- High school diplomaor University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of safety regulationsand the correct use of PPE
- Customer-oriented mindsetand service approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Good digital skillsand familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of NetSuiteand Modiusis considered an advantage
- Fluent in Italian and good command of written and spoken English

- Salary Range (Gross Annual Salary - RAL): €65.000 - €75.000 + performance bonus

The compensation range shown reflects the expected salary range for this position. Final compensation will be determined fairly and transparently within this range, based on the candidate's professional experience, skills and qualifications.
