Marketing Associate (Remote)

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Location:  Remote
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• You will create and publish content, support campaigns for each cohort, and work closely with sales to turn attention into registrations.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who writes well, understands social media and enjoys seeing results.
• You will help us stay visible and trusted among people who are planning a career move into tech.

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram and other channels on a consistent calendar.
• Write copy for ads, emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, landing pages, blog posts, and ads campaign (meta and google)
• Monitor competitors and trends in tech education.
• Work with the sales team to follow up leads and improve messaging.
• Support campaigns for each flagship cycle, AI CERTs cohort, webinar.
• Track performance (reach, leads, cost per lead and registrations) and report weekly.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation or social media management.
• Reliable internet and a laptop.
• Ability to manage deadlines independently in a remote setting.
• Working knowledge of social platforms and basic analytics.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, engaging messaging.

Nice to have:

• Experience marketing courses, training or other education products.
• Experience with email marketing tools, paid social ads or SEO.
• Understanding of the Nigerian tech or education market.
• Interest in AI and data careers.
