The Field ServiceManager is responsible forservicing all clients, as well as assistwith sales functions. This role is also responsible for dispatchwith the Branch Manager every morning. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.
Location: Nashville market area
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5/5:30am-2:30/3:00pm. Every 3rd Saturday.
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 salary plus up to 35% bonus opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in sales and/or customer service a plus
- Ability to upsell current business
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
- Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities as our Field ServiceManager:
- Engage in sales, service, and business development
- Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, maintaingood customer service (12 - 15 site visits a day)
- Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.
- Record all customer and prospectcontact information in proprietary software and transmitreports to management on a weekly basis.
- Assistwith operations at the Branch
- Report to branch daily for dispatch
- Willing to work every third weekend, some holidays as required
