Here is where you challenge starts

As Group Content Manager, you will shape how content is created, managed and published across Stage Entertainment's European markets. Acting as the central expert for CMS governance, content standards and website components, you will help local teams work more efficiently while ensuring consistency, scalability and brand alignment across all digital channels.

You will be the key link between local Content Managers, the Website Product team, Group Marketing Manager and the head of international brand management, translating business needs into clear frameworks, processes and best practices. By doing so, you will play a crucial role in accelerating time-to-market, improving content quality and enabling a best-in-class digital customer experience across multiple markets.

Specific responsibilities

CMS & Content Framework Ownership

  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve the group-wide framework for CMS usage, website components and content management across all Stage Entertainment markets.
  • Establish clear standards, guidelines and best practices that enable local content teams to work efficiently and consistently.
  • Create scalable content governance processes that support both current and future business needs.
  • Ensure content structures, templates and component usage remain aligned across markets.

Content Operations & Enablement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for local Content Managers regarding CMS, content and component-related questions.
  • Provide expert guidance on how existing components and templates should be used and when new functionality is required.
  • Train and onboard local teams on CMS best practices, publishing processes and newly released capabilities.
  • Enable local teams to become increasingly self-sufficient through clear documentation, training and support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Website Product team to translate local content requirements into product improvements and roadmap priorities.
  • Work with UX, Product and Development teams to identify opportunities for improving the CMS and component library.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial and Marketing teams to understand business needs and content challenges.
  • Act as the bridge between local market requirements and central platform development.

Brand & Content Governance

  • Partner with the head of international brand management and the international marketing manager to ensure content across all markets aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Promote consistency in customer experience, messaging and content presentation across digital touchpoints.
  • Translate brand and campaign requirements into practical content standards and publishing guidelines.
  • Support the continuous evolution of content quality and governance across the organization.

Documentation, Shop Setup & Continuous Improvement

  • Own and maintain comprehensive documentation covering CMS usage, content standards, website components and content publishing processes.
  • Support the setup of new shops by providing guidance, documentation and proven implementation frameworks.
  • Identify recurring challenges, inefficiencies and gaps in existing capabilities and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Drive continuous optimization of content operations, reducing complexity and accelerating time-to-market across markets.

Qualifications and experience

We're looking for a proactive content operations expert who combines strong stakeholder management with a structured and scalable mindset.

You bring

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience in content management, content strategy, editorial, or digital content, preferably within leisure, entertainment, travel, or related industries.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications, Marketing, Media, Journalism, Content Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with component-based CMS platforms within an E0-Commerce or digital environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across Product, Brand, Marketing and local market teams.
  • A structured and scalable mindset, capable of translating local needs into group-wide standards, frameworks and processes.
  • Experience in creating training materials, documentation and best practices that enable teams to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex systems and processes in a practical and accessible way.
  • Experience supporting multi-market content operations is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
  • Nice to have: experience with ticketing or E-Commerce platforms, setting up B2C/B2B shops, or a background in content operations, CMS administration or design systems.
