Regional Sales Representative

STALEKS is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer of high-quality manicure and pedicure tools. Founded 30 years ago, the company is a market leader in Ukraine and successfully exports its products to 90 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Representative to drive and develop our sales in Greece.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• • Has experience in active sales.
  • Resides in Greece (Thessaloniki or Athens).
  • Is fluent in Greek and Ukrainian (Russian is also acceptable).

Key Responsibilities:

• • Develop sales strategies and expand sales within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor timely and full payment for products and ensure clients fulfill their contractual obligations.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in industry trade shows and events.
  • Monitor the Beauty market and competitors to refine the sales strategy.
  • Visit sales outlets across the assigned territory.

Key Requirements:

• • 2+ years of experience in active sales.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
  • Greek language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal car.
  • Readiness for business trips (at least 5 business days per month).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset, self-organization, and excellent communication skills.
