Account Manager (m/f/d)

MISSION

At STAN, Account Managers are project owners and trusted client partners - not traditional coordinators. They build strong day-to-day client relationships, turn briefs into clear actions and connect strategy, creative and production to move projects forward. They own projects from brief to delivery, keeping teams, timings and budgets on track while contributing to the quality, ambition and exceptional creative work that defines STAN.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively integrate AI-powered tools into day-to-day project workflows to improve efficiency, planning, documentation, communication and delivery. Identify opportunities for AI-supported automation and resource planning, streamlining processes and reducing repetitive manual tasks
• Lead integrated projects and campaigns from briefing through strategy and creative development to production and final delivery
• Understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs, scopes, priorities and next steps for internal teams
• Connect and coordinate interdisciplinary teams across strategy, creative, content, social and production
• Take ownership of project scopes, timings, resources and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and profitably
• Keep a close eye on project profitability, cost estimates, forecasting and external costs
• Anticipate challenges early and proactively develop solutions together with the Account Director and project team
• Prepare and lead client meetings, project presentations, status updates and budget conversations
• Manage campaign and content productions as well as external partners, freelancers and suppliers
• Ensure a high standard of work throughout the entire project - from briefing to final delivery
• Understand how ideas translate across different channels and touchpoints - from campaigns and content to social, digital and emerging formats
• Stay curious about culture, technology, platforms and changing audience behaviour and bring relevant developments into your projects
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with our clients and act as a reliable and confident point of contact throughout projects
• Contribute to continuously improving the way we work - within project teams, across disciplines and together with our clients

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-4+ years of experience in account management, project management or a comparable client-facing role within a creative, brand, digital or integrated agency
• Strong AI literacy and practical experience using AI-powered tools in day-to-day project management, including AI-supported automation, resource planning and workflow optimisation. A proactive mindset and curiosity to continuously explore emerging AI technologies and translate them into practical improvements. AI proficiency is an essential part of how we work at STAN, not an optional additional skill
• Proven experience independently managing client relationships and complex projects
• A strong understanding of contemporary brand communication across campaigns, content, social and digital
• Experience working closely with strategy, creative and production teams and bringing different disciplines together
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and priorities at the same time
• Solid commercial understanding, including scoping, cost estimation, budget management, forecasting and project profitability
• Experience in planning and delivering campaigns, content and productions
• Confidence in client communication, presentations and budget conversations
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the confidence to take ownership and make decisions
• The ability to bring structure to complex projects without slowing down the creative process
• Experience with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or culturally relevant brands is a plus, but not a requirement
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English
