Client Service Manager

Job Summary

• Proactively engage with clients to maximise utilisation of banking facilities, increase transaction volumes, and identify potential business development opportunities including referrals and new channel introductions.
• Identify regulatory and compliance risks early, ensuring strict adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and risk management procedures.
• Service across cash management products.
• Stakeholder management.
• Good Technical Skills Knowledge of ISO

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing Corporate and Paytech clients and stake holders
• Managing BAU Service activities and complaints from clients including Straight2bank (Online banking) setups and issue resolutions
• Coordinating with stakeholders and identifying / solutioning process improvements
• Coordinating change management aspects with clients
• Ensuring Risk and controls are in place and responsible for DOI, SLA, Audits, Peer reviews etc.
• Catering to unit requirements and supporting unit head as per guidance

• Experience of dealing with Paytech and FI clients
