The Role
As the Customer Marketing Manager Nordic, you will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for the Pitched roof category across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark.
Serving as a key marketing business partnerto the pitched division, you will collaborate closely with sales managers, technical teams, and Product Leadership Group (PLG) product managers. You will also act as the main marketing point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will drive business growth and brand presence through the following core responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement an all-encompassing, data-driven marketing plan tailored to overarching commercial goals.
Segmentation & Channel Management: Establish precise target group segmentations and multi-channel strategies to maximize audience engagement.
Budgetary Control: Oversee and allocate the category marketing budget effectively to drive optimal ROI.
Content Strategy: Develop and direct integrated content programs customized to core customer segments across both digital and traditional channels.
Product & Solution Launches: Lead commercial rollouts for new offerings, coordinating cross-functionally to ensure strong adoption in the market.
Brand Stewardship: Protect and uphold the brand identity across the Pitched category in line with global corporate standards.
Sustainability Leadership: Direct the sustainability roadmap for the category, guiding narrative development and content creation.
Your Experience:
A university degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing or Communication, is ideal.
You bring several years of proven commercial experience in a marketing or communications role, paired with extensive stakeholder management experience. A strong background in B2B environments-ideally within merchant distribution-is preferred.
You are proficient with modern IT tools and comfortable operating in a Nordic or international business setting.

A proactive mindset with a practical, hands-on style.
Collaborative team player committed to fostering transparency across Nordic teams.
Strong capability to understand and address core customer needs.
Adept at navigating fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational English-speaking environments.
Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Finnish, alongside excellent command of English.
