Atividades Administrativas (sem risco):

• Organização e arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais.
• Digitalização de documentos.
• Preenchimento de planilhas simples e formulários.
• Apoio no controle de correspondências e malotes.
• Auxílio na organização de materiais de escritório.
• Apoio no atendimento telefônico e recepção de visitantes.
• Separação e entrega de documentos entre setores.
• Apoio em inventários de materiais de escritório.

Atividades na Fábrica (sem risco):

• Organização de materiais em áreas administrativas da fábrica (sem acesso a máquinas ou áreas de risco).
• Separação e conferência de materiais em áreas seguras.
• Apoio na identificação e etiquetagem de produtos acabados (em local apropriado).
• Auxílio em inventários de estoque, apenas em áreas seguras e sem manipulação de equipamentos.
• Apoio na limpeza e organização de áreas comuns (salas de reunião, almoxarifado, vestiários, etc.).
• Entrega de documentos e materiais entre setores, sempre em áreas seguras.
• Apoio em atividades de controle de qualidade visual, sem contato com máquinas.
