The Job:
The Incentive Compensation & Analyst will support the North America Tools and Outdoor Sales and Marketing Organizations, with a key focus on Retail and Outdoor, and be responsible for Incentive Program Calculations, Sales Alignment Management, Incentive Accrual and Payout forecasting and Incentive Performance Reporting.
You’ll get to:
Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, annual incentive payouts utilizing various cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, SAP results, payout schedules, and exceptions criteria.
Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform which includes back-end sequel coding.
Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement the incentive plan strategy.
Facilitate the distribution of incentive calculations and approvals across sales leadership team.
Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting.
Partner with finance to establish Incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management.
Provide ad-hoc reporting and problem solving as it relates to account assignments, sales incentive calculations, and external data.
Execute improvement initiatives related to the enhancement and automation of systems and processes assigned.
The Person:

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferable experience with consumer products company.
Systems knowledge or ability to learn quickly: SAP, Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com
Highly Proficient in all Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.
Advanced analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, etc.)

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
