Apoyar procesos administrativos del área de Recursos Humanos

Responsabilidades específicas:

*Coordinación de eventos

*Gestión de comunicaciones

*Recepción y gestión de formatos: novedades de nómina, vacaciones, licencias, bonos, etc

*Asistencia a los empleados en dudas sobre procedimientos y políticas de la Compañía y del área de CS

*Apoyo en documentación de procesos disciplinarios

*Creación de estrategias de engagement específicamente para personal de CS

*Apoyo logístico al equipo de management en visitas y actividades de team building

*Creación de proveedores

*Coordinación de viajes de CS

*Seguimiento de procesos de selección

*Onboarding CS - New Hires
