Der Job:

• Übernehmen Sie die technische Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Integration von Elektronik- und Hardwarelösungen im Bereich Elektrowerkzeuge - von der Konzeption bis zur Serienreife.
• Entwickeln und optimieren Sie elektronische Schaltungen, Baugruppen und Motorsteuerungen mit Blick auf das Gesamtsystem.
• Arbeiten Sie eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (Mechanik, Software, Produktmanagement) zusammen, um innovative Systemlösungen zu realisieren.
• Analysieren und definieren Sie Systemanforderungen und Schnittstellen, um eine reibungslose Integration aller Komponenten sicherzustellen.
• Führen Sie Risikoanalysen (z. B. FMEA), Systemsimulationen und Validierungen durch und sorgen Sie für die Einhaltung relevanter Normen.
• Präsentieren Sie technische Konzepte und Ergebnisse adressatengerecht gegenüber Stakeholdern und vertreten Sie Ihren Fachbereich im Gesamtprojekt.
• Bringen Sie Ihre Expertise eigenverantwortlich ein und treiben Sie Innovationen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserungen im Kontext von Hardware- und Systementwicklung voran.

Das bringst Du mit:

Du hast Lust, dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln, probierst gerne Neues aus und gehst Veränderungen mit Neugier und Offenheit an. Außerdem bringst du mit:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Integration komplexer Elektronik- und Hardware-Systeme.
• Kenntnisse im Systems Engineering, Anforderungsmanagement und Schnittstellendefinition.
• Fundierte Erfahrung in analoger/digitaler Schaltungstechnik, Motorsteuerungen, Leistungselektronik und Validierungsmethoden.
• Vertrautheit mit Elektromotoren, insbesondere BLDC- und anderen Drehfeldmaschinen, sowie deren Integration im Gesamtsystem.
• Praxis im funktionsübergreifenden Arbeiten, idealerweise in internationalen Teams.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie MATLAB/Simulink, Spice, Altium Designer und modernen Messsystemen.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Moderationsgeschick und Freude an Teamarbeit.
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Blick für das große Ganze.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen.

The Role

• Take technical responsibility for the development and integration of electronics and hardware solutions in the power tools area-from concept through to series production readiness.
• Develop and optimize electronic circuits, assemblies, and motor control systems with a focus on the overall system.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical engineering, software, product management) to deliver innovative system solutions.
• Analyze and define system requirements and interfaces to ensure seamless integration of all components.
• Conduct risk analyses (e.g., FMEA), system simulations, and validations, and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Present technical concepts and results in a target-group-oriented manner to stakeholders and represent your discipline within the overall project.
• Contribute your expertise independently and drive innovation and continuous improvement in the context of hardware and system development.

What You Bring

You are eager to continuously develop yourself, enjoy trying new things, and approach change with curiosity and openness. In addition, you bring:

• A completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in developing and integrating complex electronics and hardware systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements management, and interface definition.
• Solid experience in analog/digital circuit design, motor controls, power electronics, and validation methods.
• Familiarity with electric motors-especially BLDC and other rotating-field machines-and their integration into the overall system.
• Practical experience working cross-functionally, ideally in international teams.
• Confident use of tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE, Altium Designer, and modern measurement systems.
• Strong communication skills, facilitation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• A structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style with an eye for the big picture.
• Good German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
