SENIOR HR GENERALIST (C&B FOCUS)
·Lead Compensation & Benefits activities, including payroll administration, attendance, overtime, social insurance, personal income tax, and statutory compliance.
·Develop, review and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and Internal Labor Regulations to ensure compliance with company standards and Vietnamese Labor Law.
·Act as the HR functional owner for Payroll System implementation, including business requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, implementation, and continuous system enhancement.
·Coordinate cross-functional HR projects and collaborate with Finance, IT, Production, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
·Provide HR advisory support to managers on Compensation & Benefits, HR policies, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.
·Monitor HR compliance related to Labor Law, CTPAT, ISO, customer requirements, and support internal/external audits and government inspections.
·Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, headcount, labor cost, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics to support management decision-making.
·Drive HR process improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen HR governance.
·Support workforce planning, annual salary review, budgeting, and other strategic HR initiatives assigned by the HR Manager.
·Perform other HR operational and strategic assignments as required to support business objectives and organizational development.
