Senior Specialist, Logistics
JOB SUMMARY
Handles shipping, receiving, and processing of materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensures orderly storage and efficient flow of incoming and outgoing materials and products. Maintains and updates purchase order systems when shipments are received, canceled, or backordered. Manages inventory by scheduling materials, placing new or substitute orders, and coordinating effectively with purchasing, production, and engineering. Ensures documentation for ordering, delivery, storage, and distribution of materials is current and accurate.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide logistics support across broader business areas, sites, or locations. In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks: Collaborate with support teams and members to plan for activity volume and demand spikes. Respond to inquiries or issues escalated from less experienced team members or support teams. Collaborate with carriers to address inbound and outbound logistics issues. Provide procedural and operational guidance to less experienced team members or support teams.
