The Job:

As a Service Operations Manager, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor team working as an onsite employee. You’ll get to:

• Develop and execute strategic business plans by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources through distributor and end user to drive local brand growth
• Lead a team of customer service and repair professionals
• Achieve results for the service center in the areas of sales and profitability
• Implement and maintain Product Service Division (PSD) processes and procedures for controlling inventories, materials, facilities, equipment, monies, expenditures, billing and all other items as they relate to the operation of the center
• Communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing
• Effectively manage operational budgets
• Ensure awareness and promote PSD and Stanley Black & Decker programs to customers, distributors and end users
• Build relationships with our distributors, end-users, and other SB&D sales forces to achieve and enhance solid business partnerships
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all customers
• Regularly call on specific list of distributors in the designated geography
• Achieve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) goals

• Ability to work independently to achieve results in all categories while maintaining the day-to-day functions of the center successfully
• Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook. SAP experience is a Plus
• Possess the ability to meet and maintain daily/weekly/quarterly productivity goals without sacrificing quality
• Be highly motivated and thrive on challenges and exceeding expectations and targets
• Ability to build, cultivate and maintain strong relationships
• TRAVEL: approximately 10-20% local travel

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $78,600.00 - $126,600.00

• This is the lowest to highest total target cash compensation range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Total target cash compensation offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. This role is eligible for a sales incentive plan or commission. Therefore, the total target cash compensation range is inclusive of base salary and target variable cash compensation. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
