The Job

As a Sr. Manager, you will strengthen our global supply chain preparedness and resilience by leading structured, data-driven risk identification, assessment, and prioritization across materials, suppliers, and operations.

The role is responsible for improving resilience-based decision-making through the evaluation of critical vulnerabilities, the application of risk-ranking methodologies based on business impact, financial exposure, and time-to-recover, and the alignment of mitigation actions to enterprise priorities.

The role will be highly collaborative with cross functional leaders (procurement, manufacturing, logistics, finance, etc.) to develop pre-vetted mitigation strategies, execute scenario planning exercises, and maintain dynamic playbooks.

The role will drive stronger governance, preparedness routines, and leadership reporting to enhance the organization’s ability to anticipate, absorb, and recover from supply disruptions.

Accountability /Objectives

• Strengthen supply chain preparedness through structured risk review and prioritization processes across materials, suppliers, and operations.
• Improve resilience-based decision-making by identifying critical vulnerabilities and aligning mitigation actions to business impact.
• Support capital and operational decision-making through risk-ranking methodologies based on financial impact and time-to-recover.
• Build stronger cross-functional routines to improve readiness for potential supply disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured, data-driven processes to identify, assess, prioritize, and mitigate supply chain risks across materials, suppliers, and operational nodes before disruptions occur.
• Champion the risk register and regular review process by evaluating business impact, supply exposure, resilience needs, financial impact, time-to-recover, and supply criticality.
• Identify critical materials, suppliers, and dependencies requiring focused mitigation, continuity planning, and resilience investment decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and related teams to strengthen the organization’s ability to avoid, absorb, and recover from disruption impacts.
• Support and guide mitigation planning for high-priority risks, including alternate sourcing, inventory strategies, continuity actions, operational contingencies, and essential capital prioritization.
• Develop, maintain and perform stress test exercises to validate plans, improve organizational readiness and resilience capabilities.
• Prepare risk analyses, observations, and actionable recommendations for leadership, in alignment with broader set of stakeholders.

Technical Skills & Professional Aptitudes

• Scenario Modeling - working knowledge of digital twin environments, supply chain visualization platforms (Palantir, Resilinc, Everstream)

• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power Bi, Tableau or similar)
• Hands on experience with supply chain mapping, risk radar platforms or predictive analytics technology (Resilinc, Everstream, Palantir) Risk sensing, monitoring, and alert triage
• Strong analytics and critical thinking skills, ability to distill massive volumes of unstructured data into prioritized and actional able business insights.
• High velocity mindset with ability to operate effectively under ambiguity during live disruption events.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate risk trends in terms of financial or customer impact Experience
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, logistics, risk management, or resilience-related roles.
• Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and technology resilience testing monitoring, analytics, dashboards, or operational risk reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distinguish meaningful
• Knowledge of industry best practice (ISO 22301)
• Risk assessment and prioritization frameworks Strong financial acumen and decision-support modeling
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for executive reporting and storytelling
• Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid decisiveness & synthesize trade-offs quickly
• Systems thinking and strategic vision Experience
• 8 or more years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, consulting or risk management
• Demonstrated experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating supply chain risks (material risk, supplier risk, and manufacturing resilience).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex risk data into clear action plans and executive-level reporting.
