Torch Technologies is seeking a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator to support the TMAS 3 contract at Eglin AFB, FL.

As a SCO Gatekeeper/ Administrator your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:

• Manage program budgets, expenditures, and financial administration for large and/or complex government programs.

• Develop and monitor budgets; review and authorize expenditures within established parameters.

• Interpret and implement cost estimating, pricing, and financial documentation requirements for proposals.

• Establish cost-estimating parameters and support proposal development and pricing activities.

• Develop and recommend procedures to monitor program financial performance and compliance.

• Serve as a key customer-facing financial contact in support of the Program Manager.

• Coordinate financial, administrative, facilities, and logistics activities to support program execution.

• Ensure program financial and administrative activities comply with applicable government security, contractual, and organizational requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship.

• Level 2 - BS in applicable field and up to 3 years of experience

• Level 3 - BS in applicable field and 3-10 years of experience.

• Level 4 - BS or MS in applicable field and 10+ years of experience.

• Must be able to obtain a Secret DoW Security clearance with active investigation. Must be able to maintain required clearance.

Schedule: (M-F; 8-5)

Work Location: Onsite at Eglin AFB, FL
