  • 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, data integration, database development, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Master Data Management (MDM) systems; Informatica experience preferred.
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare technology, healthcare analytics, healthcare data, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience supporting large-scale data warehousing and analytics environments.
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and data quality frameworks.
  • Relevant cloud, data engineering, or database certifications.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL and database development knowledge.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT tools, workflow automation, and data orchestration platforms.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages used for data engineering.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and modern data architecture principles.
  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and file-based data exchange methods.
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and access management practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
