Location: Remote - Southeast territory covering Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana

Work Type: Full-Time / Monday - Friday / 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

Position Overview

Scalamandré is seeking a high-caliber Territory Sales Representative to spearhead revenue growth and relationship management within the Southeast territory (Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana). This role serves as a key brand ambassador, promoting our products to corporate accounts, designers, dealers, and commercial partners. You will deliver a high-touch customer experience aligned with our reputation for quality and exclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Territory Growth:

• Drive Revenue: Establish, track, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales growth goals to achieve profit targets.
• Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and generate new business leads.
• Presentations: Present new and existing products to clients in a compelling and knowledgeable manner.
• Client Partnerships: Build and maintain solid working relationships with clients; serve as the main point person for addressing customer questions, concerns, and ongoing support.
• Product Training: Responsible for conducting comprehensive product training with clients to support successful product adoption.

Job Requirements

Experience & Expertise:

• Customer Service: Must possess strong customer service skills; experience in the luxury interior design industry is strongly preferred but not required.
• Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage a remote schedule effectively.
• Organization: Highly organized with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.

Travel & Physical Requirements:

• On-the-Road: Must be able to travel consistently within the assigned territory to visit customers and attend industry events.
