Business Development & Account Manager – CZ & SK

Billigence is a boutique Data & AI consultancy with global reach. We help organizations turn data into better decisions, smarter operations and measurable business outcomes. We work across Data & AI strategy, modern data platforms, governance, cloud analytics, AI and business intelligence, partnering with technologies including Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Collibra, Dawiso, Ataccama, Tableau and Power BI.

We are looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to grow our business across the Czech and Slovak markets. Your mandate is simple:win new clients and grow our existing accounts. You will have significant ownership of the market, your pipeline and commercial opportunities, while working closely with our consultants, technology specialists and management.

The role reports to the Head of Sales CEELenka Hankovcová.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with clients, understands how businesses make decisions and is motivated by turning opportunities into successful projects.

What you will do:

• Develop new busines s across the Czech and Slovak markets.

• Build relationships with prospective clients and grow existing accounts.

• Understand client challenges and turn them into Data, Analytics and AI opportunities.

• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through proposal, negotiation and closing.

• Coordinate pre-sales activities with consultants and technology specialists.

• Own your pipeline, revenue targets and forecasts.

• Use your network and market knowledge to identify new clients, partnerships and growth opportunities.

You are likely to be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in B2B sales, account management or business development, ideally in IT, Data, Analytics, BI, Cloud or professional services.

• Enjoy both new-client acquisition and growing existing accounts.

• Can build and manage your own pipeline.

• Quickly understand client business challenges and communicate confidently with both technical specialists and senior executives.

• Sell based on business value rather than simply products or technologies.

• Are proactive, commercially curious and comfortable taking ownership of your results.

• Work independently, collaborate well and communicate clearly.

• Are fluent in Czech and English.

Experience in solution selling within Financial Services, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing or Telecommunications is an advantage.
