Hiring for a skilled software developer with 8+ years of experience in React JS, Java Spring Boot, SQL, and JMS. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing React applications with expertise in Redux, Hooks, Context API, and component-based UI development, as well as building Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.
Core/Must have skills
React JS: component-based UI development, Redux for managing complex application state, Hooks for reusable stateful logic, and Context API for providing data to multiple components
Java Spring Boot: building REST APIs, handling multithreading and data persistence using JPA, and connecting to message queues using JMS.
SQL: design, querying, and optimizing relational database schemes using SQL standards and variations.
Preferred skills include knowledge of performance optimization, test-driven development, build tools, and version control systems.
Good to have skills.
