Lead Fullstack Java Developer - Assistant Manager
What you will be responsible for:
- Design and Code: Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using Core Java and enterprise frameworks.
- API Development: Build robust RESTful APIs and microservices for seamless system integration.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose, debug, and fix software defects to optimize application performance.
- Collaboration: Work with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Documentation: Create technical documentation for application design and future maintenance

Mandatory skills / experience:
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL.
- Databases: Hands-on experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and version control (Git).
Additional requirements / Good to have skills: Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure / Cloud Development is a added advantage
